受影响产品包括但不限于：
- 1.红帽培训订阅产品；
- 2.红帽个人在线考试产品；
- 3.红帽虚拟培训产品；
- 4.红帽自定进度培训产品；
- 5.红帽在线培训学习点数。
所有上述产品均需在中国标准时间2026年12月11日23点59分前使用完毕（以下简称“交付截止日”）。交付截止日后，未使用的受影响产品将作作废处理，且不予办理退款。红帽在线学习平台中存储的所有用户数据，也将在交付截止日后予以删除。

各类产品特别说明:
- 1.红帽培训订阅产品说明
- 对于持有有效红帽培训订阅的客户，该订阅所包含的全部功能与权益，均需在交付截止日前使用完毕。交付截止日后，中国地区将无法访问红帽培训订阅服务。
- 2. 红帽个人在线考试产品说明
- 对于持有有效红帽个人考试授权的客户，已购红帽个人考试的首次参加权限、以及产品包含的补考权限，均需在交付截止日前使用完毕。交付截止日后，中国地区将无法访问红帽个人在线考试相关服务。
Red Hat as the brand owner and we, NIIT as the provider will be discontinuing sales and delivery of all Affected Products as detailed below, in the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “China”) as of December 11, 2026.
The Affected Products are the following:
- 1.Red Hat Learning Subscription products;
- 2.Red Hat Individual Exam products;
- 3.Red Hat Virtual Training products;
- 4.Red Hat Self-paced Training products; and
- 5.Red Hat Online Training Units.
All of these offerings must be consumed on or before December 11, 2026, by 11:59pm CST. (“Delivery Cut Off Date”). After the Delivery Cut Off Date any unconsumed Affected Products will be forfeited and there shall not be any refund for these unconsumed Affected Products. All user data maintained on the Red Hat online learning environment will be deleted after the Delivery Cut Off Date.
From now until the Delivery Cut Off Date, delivery of the Affected Products remains unchanged. For any further enquiries, please direct them to: Loyal Liu[loyal.liu@niit.com.cn]
Special instructions for various products:
- 1.Red Hat Learning Subscription
- For any client with an active Red Hat Learning Subscription, all features and entitlements included in the learning subscription must be consumed on or before the Delivery Cut Off Date. After the Delivery Cut Off Date, Red Hat Learning Subscription will no longer be accessible in China.
- 2. Red Hat Individual Exam
- For any client with an active Red Hat Individual Exam authorization, the initial delivery of the purchased Red Hat Individual Exam and any retake of the purchased exam included in the offering must be consumed on or before the Delivery Cut Off Date. After the Delivery Cut Off Date, Red Hat Individual Exams will no longer be accessible in China.
